Fear : stuck in Heavy Resistance level

I'm stuck in the "Heavy Resistance" level. I'm in a room with two reservoirs
and a valve in the middle. I turned the valve, and now the water is at a
high level. But from the water I can't jump into the next room. From the
other side there is a door, but it's blocked.
