iseries Client for Linux on Ubuntu and hungarian keyboard layout?

Hey there!

The hungarian keyboard layout does not work as designed using Ubuntu
Linux with the iSeries Client and setting "LANG=hu_HU".

"Not working as designed" meaning:
Most of the keys are working correctly, but two of them are not.
We get the following errors starting the iSeries Client with the "-
kbdebug" option:

5250: [ DEBUG ]: key = p, *key = 70, keysym = 0, nbytes = 1
5250: [ DEBUG ]: key = ?, *key = e9, keysym = 0, nbytes = 1
5250: [ DEBUG ]: key = ?, *key = f5, keysym = 0, nbytes = 1
5250: [ ERROR ]: f5
5250: [ DEBUG ]: key = ?, *key = f5, keysym = 0, nbytes = 1
5250: [ ERROR ]: f5

Keycodes "*key=70", "*key=e9" are hungarian characters that are
correctly displayed in the session.
"*key = f5" is a hungarian character too, but nothing is displayed in
the sessio when this keycode is sent.

The correct character for the "f5" keycode however is displayed in all
the other linux applications (Gnome, Gtk, xterm)...

Any hints and help appreciated as this is slowly but surely driving us
crazy :)
