If WinISO can create proper BIN files it should be OK. I think you can create an ISO and rename it to bin, not sure if that´s the same format. Did you upload it in binary mode?

IZArc (working alternative to 7-zip, which has problems wit .rar) can read many formats, including bin and iso. Maybe you can use that to verify your BIN file. Can you do a VFYIMGCLG at all?
