Dynamic DNS - DHCP question ...Who does update de Dynamic DNS ?

Who does update de Dynamic DNS in Iseries (V5R3M0) ?

- Is the DHCP server ?
- Or is it the DHCP client who updates once it gets the lease?

If it is the DHCP server, how does the DHCP server knows wich is the IP of
the DNS server to be updated ?
perhaps does it tryes to update the DNS IPs configured in option 6 (by the
way ... at global level or subnet level values?) of the the DHCP server
itself?
