How do I reposition begining of a file in non key file?
ex: SETLL *LOVAL FILE is for FILE - key file
what if FILE is not key file but I need reposition pointer t the
beginning of the file

I'm not sure but will this happen with an CLOSE and an OPEN instruction for
this file?
So when you do the OPEN is the file at the start of the file?
