In iSeries Navigator, right click on your system name and select
"Application Administration" from the context menu that pops up. It's
possible that someone has removed the access permissions to the various
iSeries Navigator functions using this tool.
Thanks for your help. We had to log into iSeries Navigator as QSECOFR
to grant access to those things. Looks like I was right, the previous
admin had never done that.
