change access & modification time of file-members

Hi,

I need to change the access and modifiation times of a source physical file
member programmatically.

I have tried the utime() and Qlg0lSetAttr() APIs, but they only support
setting access and modification times of IFS files, not of anything in the
/QSYS.LIB file system.
Is there any other API that can do this ?
