I have to swap one drive by HMC between two servers which are lpar-ed.
Please help for how to swap the tape drive between these two servers.

Right click the managed system and select Dynamic LPAR and then select
IO. This will then allow you to select the tape adapter and associated
IOP to Move from one LPAR to another.
Just a question but haven't you been given any HMC training prior to
getting your i5???
