Journals

I restored my libraries from an AS400 on version 4 to one on version 5.3.
I've had some problems and my software vendor says that I need to do an F21
save and then clean up the journals - I have too many of them - and some
probably came over from the old computer. I've also done a major software
upgrade on their application. I have no idea what I need and what I don't,
or how to see a list of what they are, or how to delete one. With the F21
save they said that I can restore a journal if I find out I deleted it and I
need it.

Can I simply stop journaling on a library (all of my data is in one
library), delete all of the journal receivers, and then start journaling
again? Will an IPL restart journaling? What command will show me what
journals I have so that I can delete some of them?

I really need help. All advice will be deeply appreciated.
