1. This should be fairly obvious as to what the problem is. Check the initial library lists on each machine for the user profiles in question. Obviously things are exactly the same. It wouldn't issue this error if it wasn't happening.

2. Your application should be checking for this error anyhow... MONMSG is your friend. :)
