Not sure, but I'd think you just take it out and remove the
non-reporting resource.
You'd need an ethernet card then for network connectivity.
Why take it out? I have a 40S and a 150, both with an IPCS, which is
only used for the ethernet interface. Just configure it as *BASE.
Only if you want V5 the IPCS is no longer supported for ethernet
connectivity.
