Hi John.
I'm really glad I can correct you this time :-)
The book is available at www.calcpro.com (I just ordered my own
copy :-) and is described as follows:

"The HP 48 Handbook - 2nd Ed.
Books - Sci. & Graphing Calc's
Pub: Armstrong Publishing
The ultimate portable reference for the programmer - a concise
combination of system descriptions, and detailed reference
information. The books covers fundamental concepts, programming
techniques, user interface tools, graphics and data transfer and
memory management. Over 100 examples (designed to show programming and
graphing techniques) are sprinkled throughout the book to aid and
stimulate the user and explore thecapabilities of the HP 48. Comes in
"Copy" form, from Armstrong Publishing."

Thank you for your usually helpful hints.
Best regards.
Giancarlo
