SOLVEVX bug?

hp 49g+ ROM 2.09
SOLVEVX(1/X=0) gives {} which is correct
SOLVEVX(1/X>0) gives X>0 which is correct
SOLVEVX(1/X>=0) gives X>=0 whereas it should be X>0?
