Hello Stefano.
I think it is a problem of the hp49g+ implementation of the old
48-choose-browser enviroment. The command is ~Choose and, I think, it
can't re-display correctly the screen when the lines of the choose box
go on the high area of the hp49g+ screen that dones't exist in the
hp49g (not plus). Using Nosy, I have seen that EBR command of the Sdiag
library (by Carsten Dominik) uses the hp48 choose-browser. In the
sys-rpl code of EBR, if I found where there are the info about screen
(for the ~Choose command), I would change these info and put the values
for a not-full screen browser. This thing because Carsten said me that
with a previous ROM of the calc (1.22, I suppose), in which there isn't
the full screen capability (the status area of the screen in which
there are the RAD, HOME, HEX, the time, R= or C~... info is always
displayed in 1.22 rom version), the EBR works correcly. So, the problem
could be solved making more little the choose box (with the size of the
old hp49g).
Or, if the full screen of the 49g+ is necessary (it is big. well, why
don't use all the screen?), then it could be a solution to put a
reflesh command (I think it exists in sys-rpl), that refleshes the
screen ("cleans" the "dirty" words), every time you press the up-arrow
key.
I will try to do it.
Ciao.
Matteo
