Got caught on this one several times. However, keyman makes it easy to
reassign the shift hold with its original value.

Keyman however usually takes some shortcuts that can be broken by ROM
updates so a bit of tweaking is sometimes required after updates. Or if
one know how to, one can edit the assignements to only use supported
entry points.
