If you check bugs.hpcalc.org , you'll see that several bugs assigned to B. Parisse have been closed off.

Moreover, you can extend your CAS with (dynamic analytic) geometry
(49 only at this time) from my webpage.
That would not be the case if the CAS was not open-source.
