How to Fix HP49G+ key?

Recently, my hp49g+ fell onto a tile floor (table collapsed). The [2]
Key on the calculator is moving around like crazy and is loose i.e. not
sitting properly and will seesaw from left to right. I was wondering if
there was any way i could fix this, as i get double inputs from it and
i have to continually backspace a character...
I contacted HP and they have no solutions, and can't repair it since I
am out of warranty.
I suppose if i can't fix it i'll just buy a used 49G or a 48gII :(
.
