Upgrade path for hp49G+

Hello,

I have an hp49G+ purchased in 2003 with ROM 1.23

I see the only OS upgrade on the hp website is this V50.....

If I download this V50 into the calculator ...

is that the same thing as "upgrading to version 2.0" ?


Thanks for the help you people give .....

it makes up for the crappy documentation and useless CD that hp
ships with the product.
