Re: HP-33S with the "new" display



Hi,

to me it's obvious already.
The 2nd picture clearly shows
that the decimal point is more like a joke.

It floats into the bottom line of the '2'.

However, as you may have noticed,
only the decimal comma on the newer
units got somewhat larger, not the point itself.

So even if you have a new 33S,
the one with the 'better' display,
you only have a gain if you use the decimal comma.
