The Ricohs probably don't support SNMP, or at least MPEs opinion of what
SNMP should provide. So you want to add "snmp_enabled = FALSE" to the
NPCONFIG entry.
Another possibility (depending on your environment) is that the Ricohs
are set for chargeback / billing and require a billing code. This can
be provided with their windows drivers and certain linux/cups
configurations, but MPE doesn't have a clue. We had issues with this on
our 3000 and the campus (outsourced) copy center. If that bit is
disabled in the printer, it works fine; unfortunately, I don't know the
details of exactly how that all works (not my printers :-) ).
