Well, when porting Open Source C packages to MPE/iX,
I sometimes used the free Redhat Source Navigator for
inspecting or searching foreign source code trees...

However, according to the documentation, it seems to
handle FORTRAN and COBOL (besides C, Java and several
other languages)... but not Pascal.

But as it is free and runs on Linux and Windows,
it might still be worth putting it on the list of
tools to try out.
