Doesn't matter if I'm trying to get the Internal drive or the External drive up.

When it's trying to Install this is the error

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing (CODE 39).

I have gone thru the USB devices and everything says they are working properly.

Same error missing or corrupted file. Went to Internet site to see if I could download the driver files from there and plug it back in. No drivers on the site for this drive.

Seems like it can't load anything from any other source other than the hard drive or download from Internet.

Anyone had anything similar happen and do you know how to fix it ?
