Tracert.prvxl.telesup in batch mode

Does anybody know how to use TRACERT.PRVXL.SUPPORT in batch mode. It
doesn't want to accept the input.
e.g.
!
!tracert.prvxl.telesup
www.google.com
20
!
gives the output
:tracert.prvxl.telesup
