Yes, we have beem told by HP that our 989's will be supported through 2008. Communication within HP about anything e3000-related seems to be very haphazard. You need to talk to your support sales representative, and if he/she is unaware of the extension, refer them to http://www.hp.com/products1/evolution/e3000/support_update.html.

I have asked several HP personnel about extended support on my HP e3000
model 959KS-400 and received different answers about support - yes, no
and maybe. Has anyone on the list inquired about their system and what
responses did you receive?
