If I was getting paid in U.S. dollars that might relate. But I get paid in
Canadian dollars. Canadian wages are close to equivalent to U.S. at par
numeric value - significantly less than U.S. wages when converted to U.S.
dollars. So to your average Canadian, our gas price in terms of earning
power is in fact around $5/gallon as I stated.
