CI Programming paper on Jazz

Hi all,

Just a quick note to mention that my "CI Programming For Stability"
paper is on Jazz now.

This paper was presented at HPW '04 on my behalf by Mike Paivinen but
never made it to Jazz. It expands upon my previous talks on CI
Programming with a few more examples and has several slides titled
"Recommendations", which offer summaries of the prior sections and my
preferences, FWIW.

As before, the speaker notes are an integral part of the paper.
