The printing has been stopped and this job will be added to the queu

My friend, using an iBook and an HP Deskjet 5550 says she was printing
something when she got the following message, "The printing has been
stopped and this job will be added to the queu." She doesn't know what
that means and she doesn't know what to do to solve the problem and
continue printing. She asked me, her personal computer guru. But I
don't know either.

Can anyone help?
