Steve:
To change the Transfer roller:
Use a small screw driver or a pair of plier to pull the transfer roller up at
the white color holder at righ and black color one a the left end. Make sure
you have release the small latches on each of the holder. When you handle
the new one, don't touch the black color spongy foam area. Putting it back in
should be obvious after you have the old one out.
To change the Pick Up roller:
Remove the toner cartridge and the paper Tray.
Turn the printer upside down.
Use the plier to lift the right side latch's locking piece and turn it to
slide it out.
use the plier to lift the left side latch's locking piece and turn it to
slide it to the left so you coudl take the Pick Up roller assembly out.
Reverse step to put the new one in.
