HP LH4r (pentium 2 netraid) server

i have a HP LH4r (pentium 2 netraid) server which is very outdated. But i
still wish to use it as a file server.

but now it equips with 4 x 9G scsi hard drives. The capacity is very
limited nowsadays.

the scsi hard drive is ultra 3 / scsi 160 model.

is it ok to replace them with scsi 320 @ 300G capacity and put them on the
netraid server.
