zx6000 - what is the fastest cpu upgrade

Hi.

Does anyone know what is the fastest Itanium2 chip that can be
installed into a HP zx6000 (A7857A). Pair of chips to replace the
installed pair of 900mhz.

I saw some comments saying 1.5ghz (which I think was the Madison era)
was the fastest that could be installed but those postings were when
Madison had just been released. I guess I'm curious on whether the
successors to Madison can be installed into a zx6000 or if there was a
point where subsequent revisions were incompatible.

For whatever the answer is, is it HP specific packaging, or will
standard Intel boxed Itanium chips work (or other vendors, not that
there are many :)
