I own a brand new HP Compaq nx6125 (model EK159ET). I have created an
additional user for every day work, who hasn't got admin rights.
Whenever I logon with this user, I get an error message (I translate it
from german; the original words in english will be others): "The
following file hpqwmi.exe is missing or damaged. Re-Install the HP
Wireless Assistant." When I start with the administrator account I don't
get this message. When I give administrator rights to my working account

Is the PATH variable different for the user account than for the
administrator account?

Can the user account browse the directory
C:\PROGRAMS\HPQ\SHARED without problems?

The PATH variable is exactly the same. And I can browse the directory
without problems. I entered "hpqwmi" in the command window and the
program seemed to run without error message (doing nothing).
