Hello Bob,
thank you for your help, but I have still problems, I have tried
"Microsoft's Active Sync 3.8" but it don't work
Then I used: "Handheld PC Explorer", nothing, it always says: waiting to
connect to H/PC.
And I have still put the cable into my dektop.
Do you have another idea?

You don't need a driver.
You need Microsoft's "Active Sync" and a serial cable to connect your
Velo to your PC's serial port.
Active Sync is a free download from the Microsoft site.
It converts your Velo Windows CE documents to Excel, Word, etc.
I don't remember if the Velo has an infrared port or a CF card slot,
two other means of transferring documents.
Even without conversion, I suspect Office XX will open Windows CE ***
and word documents with reasonable formatting.
Good luck,
.
