Sorry I can't give any more detail. I just started thinking about
this recently, but this was one of the first things I ever saw on my
C64 back around 1983 - 1984 era. I was just a little kid. Don't know
why I am just now remembering this. But if anyone has any
suggestions on what this was called or where I could download it, I'd
like to see it again.

Time Crystal? Well I asked this question in comp.emulators.cbm Oct 20th
2000 and got this reply. And it was the one I was searching for. The one
with the large dinosaur sprite(s).
