Well, usually it still have to be coded unless you have it already completed as per the code in your mind. But even then putting that code on the disk might still raise a couple of technical issues as per our today's knowledge on the methods of transferring mind patterns from organic, cellullar media to the magnetic storage. Why not upload it directly, bypassing the disk storage then? ;-)
