Sort of for what it's worth, the most common ones these days are
clomipramine (Anafranil, generic), fluoxetine (Prozac, generic), fluvoxamine
(Luvox) and paroxetine (Paxil). Quetiapine (Seroquel) is sometimes used as
an adjunct, but rarely are the rest of the SSRIs used or found to be as
effective. OCD typically requires some sort of cog therapy at the same time
for best results, and is notoriously difficult to treat even with the most
compliant patients.
