That customer of ours, unlike most customers, didn't contact us _before_
contacting the credit card company. That's why I believed that the word
"impatient" is appropriate, to show the difference between this customer
and others. Before this, I thought that I've been around for long enough
time and that the group of Commodore fans is honest enough for people to
believe that what I say is true. It isn't so, which saddens me. But,
again, I cannot afford to lose money on this non-profit hobby "business",
even though I'd like to help customers as well as I can...

That's easy for you to say in the USA. However, such courier services
don't exist here in Hungary. (Actually, they do exist but their attitude
is, perhaps, even worse than that of Hungarian Post. I've heard a few
horror stories about high delivery times and damaged packages. They just
don't give a ***; that's Hungary today!)

As for your last comment, yes, we should've been more careful about the
PayPal seller protection policy. As sending packages via Hungarian Post
doesn't satisfy the requirements, we'd have to choose between dropping
PayPal or dropping Hungarian Post. Because we cannot do the latter, we
have to do the former. To cut it short, it is this damn simple...

Kertis, I'm very sorry that you feel insulted. Unlike most businessmen,
including especially companies, I care about the satisfaction of the
customers the most. Since we had this bad affair occur to us, we with
Burt have been trying to make up a satisfying solution. I also don't
like the current situation when we decide whether to accept a customer's
PayPal payment or not _after_ the arrival of the order. I prefer clear
situations when the customer can read all conditions on the page and not
even start ordering when unsatisfied with the conditions. As far as our
discussion with Burt goes, we might drop PayPal support completely -
which is NOT a good solution for the customers in general, but it is, at
least, a clear situation! It's a small relief for me, though, that you
do have a cable, after all... ;-)
