Re: Do you prefer the C64 or C128

Most ideas were thought of before and I think the same has been thought
for the c64 keyboard...

I like the c64c keyboard too, but I certainly wouldn't want to use it
from a terminal. The trick would be to just use the keyboard apparatus,
not the rest of the computer.

Didn't someone already make a c64 keyboard controller circuit to
interface to the ps2 port?

Or was it the other way around - ps2 keyboard -> c64 mobo.

You'd be limiting yourself in keys. Actually, come to think of it -
programming the c64 with that keyboard WAS the fun, not just the
keyboard itself...

I would be interested in a two piece kit which allowed me to divorce
the keyboard a lenght from the computer. I initially thought I wanted a
128d (which I still do I suppose) but I mainly want a lightweight
keyboard to move around at will for my c64/128....

SO - we'd need an extension cord between the keyboard and the mobo and
a plastic bottom for the keyboard. Might also want a plastic top to fit
over the uncovered breadbox with a hole in it of course..
