C128, because its got a C64 and a C128 inside it.

No, because they screwed it up. It should have been running faster,
with wait states to access memory at 2MHz, and then it would have been
useful. It was a good CP/M Plus implementation, except for running at
molassus speed.
If the Z80 was, for example, at 8Mhz, with memory accessible every 4th
clock cycle, then CP/M applications of the day would have been useful.
