The memory location 64775 is not assigned a function in
any of my references. 4096 on the C64 is somewhere near
the bottom of the BASIC program memory. On the C64, BASIC
programs are stored in the memory block from 2049 to
40959. On a C64, programmers could use 4096 for their
own purposes. No system function is at 4096 on a C64.
On a C128, 4096 in BANK 15 is used by the system for F KEY
definions. SYSing to 4096 on a C128 makes no sense.
