Probably not sufficient, it just provides the bare minimum to get BBSes and
outgoing "telnet" calls going.

I won't have a working C64 setup for several months, so I can't do any tests
here.

I'll bring the source and an RS232 interface to SWRAP and we can do some
experiments there.
