News: console and statistic (please activate them in the options config.
disabled by default coz it costs CPU time on ST 8 MHz).

News in details:
- internal database numbers, unsused are removed (listing will be quicker)
- RSC adaptations for 640*200 screen rezolution
- if 8+3 filename convertion and if filename already present, the dialog
will always appear.
+ warning alert if using accent or space on foldername or filename
(FTP protocole do not manage those, it's dangerous to use them)
+ console (disabled by default, activate it in the options), choice to
display errors, warnings, informations, FTP protocole
+ data flow and estimated remaining time computing (disabled by default,
activate it in the options, doing this maths may slow data transfers)
+ LITCHI.BUB file for helping bubbles (carefull, in the BUBBLGEM.CPX,
check 'top only' if you have checked 'help deamon', to avoid nasty
blocking by bubble during files transfers)
+ new dieHardUser behavior: if 'Control' key is pressed at start of a
drag&drop files (local to remote, remote to local windows only),
then the files will be MOVED instead of COPIED.
(deletion at the source, if transfer was correct)

Hope you'll appreciate.
Next step is recursivity (transfer of folders contents), but i dont
know if i will be able to code it.
