Just follow the appropriate PayPal link on http://www.seimet.de/hddriver_english.html. As soon as I have received the payment I will email you the software. The English manual and the driver floppy disk will arrive by snailmail.
Please keep in mind that the full version will not solve the (most likely hardware-related) problem with your drives addressed by this tread.
