Yeah, it was the actual movie viewing part that I thought he was worried about. I believe you can even adjust your queue with a cell phone.

And guess what!? I just fired up "links http://www.newflix.com/" on my
laptop (which happens to run Linux), and have an ugly, but apparently

And hey, there's my queue! :) I wonder if it works. (I know the Netflix
site is heavily Ajax-based, meaning it uses DHTML tricks and JavaScript
to talk to their server without actually going to a new page... e.g., for
giving a DVD a particular rating, or re-arranging your queue.)
... Hey cool! I just moved: "Mystery Science Theatre 3000: Teenagers from
Outer Space" from the 2nd to first queue position using the "^" button.
Netflix might actually be relatively usable via a text-only browser! :)
