Easy way to check if DOS is loaded is to type
DOS
and hit return.
If you get memo pad or self test or anything other then a DOS Menu of
some sort or command prompt, the emulator isn't finding the DOS disk.

with DOS i get memo pad & hit F12 to return to basic. i loaded X25 &
basic works better
but all the directions to SAVE do not work.
