I was fortunate enough to have a socketed 800XL, but I certainly lost
any desire to mod my 130XE after I opened it up and found 0 sockets.

Yeah, I had figured that much out - it's a nice size mahine for cramming
stuff into.

I didn't realize there's not built-in BASIC in the 1200XL. What's there
instead, if anything?
