I assume you meant "we're", and that is totally
redundant being that I would be included in
"people", or "crazies", as it were.

Similarly, when you pay less for an item in the
store, you are NOT saving money, just spending
less of it. To save it, one must not spend any.
And even if you did put it away, someone will
inevitably figure out a way to make you spend it.
