This is on a ROM03 system, with Marinetti 3.0b1 installed. Cards
installed:
CFFA (system boots to 6.0.1 from this card)
FocusDrive
Transwarp
Uther Card
Apple HS SCSI Card
SuperDrive Controller
8Meg Sirius RAM Card
I'm fairly certain the Sirius card is OK and the Transwarp card is
fairly stable at 13.75 Mhz.
Any thoughts?

Ok, just to clarify. This problem turned out not to be with the
Sirius card. I had to disable an init that was loading before the
patch would install.
