Hi,

But is there any possibility to boot from the second partion of a harddisk
from the command line or with another utility ?
My first partition is a Prodos 2.0.3 one (for my Apple IIs) and the second
is for GS/0S (for my IIGs)...

I don't recall if this is possible. However, you can launch the ProDOS
system file on the second partition and should get the same result. A simple
fix is to have no .system file on the boot partition and a ProDOS system
file with a program selector. P8 will initialize itself then exit to the
program selector. From there you can easily run the boot file for GS/OS or
you can run any system files elsewhere.

This simple selector method works well on disks where you have several
'system' programs but don't always want to execute the first (aka default)
file. Plus, if you need to run an init .system file such as a clock or ram
driver, put it on the disk and P8 will launch it then exit to the selector.

There is also a GS startup utility from Ninja software which might help
also.
