SST is basically EDD hacked to do exactly this. The resulting .NIBs
lose a lot of information, but it's more attractive to me to have
quasi-original nibblized disk images than some of the ugly and dodgy
DOS-format cracks out there.
(Like the Moon Patrol file crack that works only up to point E.)
