Thanks, I found an email address and sent them an inquiry.

I got a response from Intrec:

"ProTERM Apple II v2 was sold by Checkmate, Inc. and last updated in
1987. They closed their doors in Jan 1990, and vanished in the night
owing everyone, including the author of ProTERM, Greg Schaefer.

ProTERM V3.0 was developed and almost immediately replaced because
it was a complete rewrite and as such, some obvious bugs showed up --
it was replaced with v3.1."

So, that being said, ProTERM v2 is not available from Intrec (never
was). Does anyone have a copy of this program?

I *may* have a copy of this in the original box. I got several boxes of
stuff quite a while back that I've never been through. However, I am
most certainly not able to go through it all at this time. I had hip
replacement surgery less than two weeks ago so I can't dig out the boxes
that stuff is in. It'll be several weeks before I want to consider
that, so if you don't find anything in that time, let me know, either
here or through e-mail and I'll see if I'm willing to dig through some
boxes at that time.
